PocketBrewer helps you calculating the alcohol grade of your home-made beer : use the sliders to provide the initial gravity (before fermentation), the final gravity (after fermentation) and the quantity of sugar added, and PocketBrewer will calculate for you :
- the percentage of alcohol after fermentation
- the percentage of alcohol brought by the sugar
- the percentage of alcohol after bottle re-fermentation.
